Automatic Full Refunds
- Driver never arrived (after 10-minute wait)
- Driver canceled after being en route
- Vehicle unsafe or grossly unclean
- Significant unauthorized detour
How to Request
- 1. Open the trip → “Report Issue”
- 2. Choose reason + add photos if needed
- 3. We review within 24 hours (usually <2h)
- 4. Refund issued to original payment method
