  • Driver never arrived (after 10-minute wait)
  • Driver canceled after being en route
  • Vehicle unsafe or grossly unclean
  • Significant unauthorized detour

How to Request

  1. 1. Open the trip → “Report Issue”
  2. 2. Choose reason + add photos if needed
  3. 3. We review within 24 hours (usually <2h)
  4. 4. Refund issued to original payment method
