These Terms govern your use of Nexus Rides, a technology platform that connects independent drivers with riders in Washington State.

1. The Basics

• • You must be 18+ to use Nexus Rides
• • Nexus Rides is a technology company, not a transportation carrier
• • All drivers are independent contractors, not employees
• • Fares are negotiated and agreed between rider and driver before each trip
• • By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Key Legal Disclosures

• We are not a common carrier. Nexus Rides operates solely as a technology platform.
• Insurance: Drivers must carry personal auto insurance meeting Washington State minimums. Additional commercial coverage applies from ride acceptance to completion.
• No surge pricing. You will never pay more than the agreed fare.

3. Your Agreements

By using Nexus Rides, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward others
• Pay the agreed fare in full
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Resolve disputes through binding arbitration (see Section 12)
