These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nexus Rides website, apps, and services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Nexus Rides. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Platform role
Nexus Rides operates as a technology platform that connects riders and independent drivers. Nexus Rides is not a transportation carrier and does not provide transportation services directly. Drivers act as independent contractors or as otherwise defined in local regulations.
3. Pricing & negotiation
For eligible trips, Nexus Rides may display suggested fare ranges and allow riders and drivers to agree on final prices within those ranges. Any final agreed fare will be shown before the trip begins. Additional fees, tolls, or surcharges may apply as described in the app or local terms.
4. Conduct & prohibited use
You agree to use the Services safely and respectfully, and to comply with all applicable laws. Nexus Rides may suspend or terminate access to the Services in cases of abuse, fraud, unsafe behavior, or violations of these Terms.
5. Changes to these Terms
Nexus Rides may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
