Rider Terms of Service

1. Fare Negotiation

You propose a fare within the visible range. Drivers may accept or counter. Once both agree, the fare is final — no surge, no hidden fees.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Be ready at pickup within 5 minutes
• Treat drivers and their vehicle with respect
• No smoking, eating, or excessive mess
• Pay the agreed fare immediately upon trip completion

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation before driver is en route
• Cancellation fee may apply if driver has already started toward you
• Full refund if driver never arrives or trip is unsafe
